⏳ THERE'S HUGE VALUE IN PATIENCE ⏳

Why patience is so important in your program plan?

How long have you been dieting for? 5 days? 2 weeks? It’s a SLOW and LONG process to get sustainable results, that I can guarantee you are after. But how do you sustain it? The motivation drops faster those results kick in:

So, at the beginning you can expect some fast results that will keep up with your motivation. However, they can give you wrong impression of what the real weight loss journey actually is. Quickly you will be stuck in “no results” phase where you are doing everything but cannot see any changes. This is also when a lot of people pull out of the programs. Hold on, the results might be just around the corner:

Result:

BE PATIENT and keep training or/and be in a calorie deficit, which ever works best for you.

Chill out, great stuff takes time.

You did not gain weight in a week so don’t expect to lose it in a week too.

Ultimately, fast results will also bring you quickly to where you started.

It’s more about building the little steps every day, that will bring you to big results that you can sustain long term.

If talking about how long it takes to see the results, it will depend on how much body fat you have got and how much work you put into losing it – the greater the body fat % the faster results you can expect.

Thereafter, STOP comparing yourself to others. You might think someone's program is working lots better than yours, but you don’t know their circumstances. Maybe they are up and running from 4am and maybe they are on some type of medication/drugs? Also, your genetical compound is something you cannot change it, so just keep doing what you are doing and stop jumping from one type of diet to the different type of training plan. Remember? PATIENCE, it takes time to get results.

Now, move on and remember:
