  • My program is delivered via google sheets.

  • In the document you will find your weekly workouts and the data tacker.

  • We are going to keep track of your nutrition, steps, body measurements, sleep as well as feedback on how you're feeling, metrics such as mood, energy, digestion etc.

​

  • This will give me a good picture of what's happening in terms of your progress and recovery and allows me to ask more specific questions if things are not quite where we want them.

What my coaching consists of?

  • Our "check in’s" are weekly, and I’ll get back to you within 24hours of the cut off time, that we will discuss in our  consultation.  

  • Depending on the week I’ll either send a written response, a video or every now and then reach out directly if we need to chat.

  • Important to note, the more info you will put for me the better understanding I will have to help with your progress. 

  • "Check in" sheets must be filled on the both, good and bad weeks.

Please follow this guide and come back as much as you need in case you forget something or cannot find.

This is where I will ask you to put any exercise videos, updates or food pictures, questions and anything that you need help with.

Training 

​

Depending on your goals, you will find 3-4 day program that you will have to fill and complete weekly

Weekly check ins

​

Please fill your "check in" data on the agreed "check in" day (e.g. by Thursday 9am) to evaluate your progress and adjust program if needed. 

​

At this time, I will also be responding at your questions, pictures and video from the facebook group.

Food tracking with the MyFitnessPal app
